Cancellation and payment policy:
50% deposit payment required within 48 hours of making a reservation. Your booking will automatically be cancelled if deposit payment is not received within 48 hours. Full payment is due on arrival.
100% refund for cancellations made more than 5 days prior to arrival.
0% refund for cancellations made within the 5 day period.
We reserve the right to not refund card fees (transaction costs) in the case of any cancellation or situation where funds need to be reversed back to a credit card.
